Preregister: We ask all our patients (new and returning) to PREREGISTER with our Biller at xcm44billing@gmail.com before booking the appointment. She can also be contacted for all billing questions.
Payment for Homeopathic & Osteopathic Visits
Unlike other holistic offices, we offer courtesy billing services to your insurance company. Reimbursement varies with insurance companies and your individual plan deductible. Please call office or billing for fee schedule.
PPO Insurance and Payment for Pediatrics, Gynecology, and General Physical Exams
Most forms of PPO insurance are accepted.
Due to recent changes in insurance companies and their plans, policies and deductibles we are making every effort to work with your insurance company. If your insurance is not listed below, please call our billing office for more information. If we are unable to accept your insurance, we always offer courtesy billing with a cash payment, and you receive any reimbursement allotted to you. Currently we take the following PPO insurance companies:

We are not contracted providers for Medi-Cal, MediCare, Medi-Medi, nor ObamaCare. Due to ACA/ObamaCare, some patients find that they have been diverted into an ObamaCare Exchange Plan without knowing it. We will do our best to identify those plans and assist with any insurance questions.
